Welcome to architectmade.com. The following conditions only apply to deliveries from ARCHITECTMADE to private individuals.
This site at url www.architectmade.com is created by ARCHITECTMADE. By using our website, you agree that we collect information about your use of the website in cookies. This is described in more detail in our Cookie policy.
The products you buy via architectmade.com will be sold to you by ARCHITECTMADE A/S in your own name, which has its home address at Roholmsvej 10A, DK-2620 Albertslund (VAT no: DK36956879 “ARCHITECTMADE”).
ARCHITECTMADE does much to protect the user’s (your) personal data.
When you purchase products from architectmade.com (“Products”), it is a condition that you accept the Privacy Policy. You can find information about how ARCHITECTMADE collects and uses personal data from the users of architectmade.com in our Privacy policy.
If you purchase products from ARCHITECTMADE via architectmade.com, this purchase will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions before ordering Products from architectmade.com. You must know that if you order products, you agree to be subject to these terms.
1. About the terms of sale
These Sales Terms apply to all orders and purchases at architectmade.com (“Products”).
Regarding the purchases at architectmade.com, ARCHITECTMADE A/S communicates electronically, either sending an e-mail or making an electronic post at architectmade.com. By using this online store you agree that all intentions, notices, announcements and other information will be delivered electronically, unless required by law to provide the information in writing.
These Terms of Sale will be subject to change at any time, and their latest date of entry into force is stated on the architectmade.com website.
In the event of any changes to the Terms of Sale, these changes will apply to orders issued on or after the date of entry into force, provided that, on the date of submission of the order, the website states that the amended Terms of Sale are applicable at that time. Before you place an order for products, you will have a reasonable opportunity to read these Sales Terms and you will be asked to accept them.
You need to agree to our terms and conditions to make purchases on architectmade.com.
2. Delivery of order
To purchase products you must:
– Have accepted these Sales Terms and Data Protection Policy,
– Have informed us with your name and address, phone number, e-mail address, payment information and other mandatory information,
– Provide us with a valid shipping address (note that ARCHITECTMADE A/S is unable to deliver to mailboxes and automated packet distribution centres. Our orders are sent by courier where signature is required upon delivery),
– Be the owner or authorised holder of a valid payment / credit card for purchase of the products,
– Have legal suitability to enter into binding contracts.
You can place an order by continuing to the checkout page after clicking the “Add to basket” button.
You agree that your order (s) is an offer to purchase the product (s) in your order (s) in accordance with the terms of sale.
Each order on a product is considered to be a separate purchase. All orders are then subject to ARCHITECTMADE’s approval and ARCHITECTMADE reserves the right to refuse to accept orders without ARCHITECTMADE having to provide a reason for this (including but not limited to orders suspected of fraud). If ARCHITECTMADE does not approve your order, you will be informed about this. You will be given the opportunity to review your order (s), read and accept the Sales Terms, check the total price and content of your order (s) as well as the information you have provided and you will be given the option to correct any errors before confirming your order (s).
3. Order processing and contracting
As soon as you have completed your order(s) at architectmade.com in accordance with the instructions available on the website in connection with the online ordering process, ARCHITECTMADE will send an email to the email address, You have stated that confirms receipt of order (s) and contains a detailed description of the ordered product (s) (e-mail for confirmation of the order receipt).
This email should not be considered as an approval of your order(s) – only confirmation that ARCHITECTMADE has received it.
The contract between you and ARCHITECTMADE will only be concluded when ARCHITECTMADE sends you an e-mail confirming that the product / products have been shipped (e-mail confirming the shipment).
The contract relates only to the products covered by the e-mail confirming the shipment. We are first obliged to provide any other products that may have entered into your order when the shipment of these products has been confirmed in a separate e-mail.
ARCHITECTMADE doesn’t provide older versions of these Terms of sale, but ARCHITECTMADE will instead send you a link to the applicable Terms of sale together with the confirmation email confirming the receipt. Until you have received the confirmation email, you can cancel your order at any time by contacting ARCHITECTMADE Customer Service at service@architectmade.com. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the confirmation email, please refer to Section 11 regarding Right of Cancellation – Return and Refund.
4. Prices, shipping and handling, taxes and fees
The price charged for a product is the price shown on the product’s individual information / presentation page at the time your order is submitted and the price will also be stated on both the confirmation page that you will see after your completion of your order. order and in the e-mail confirming the order receipt.
You confirm that even after ARCHITECTMADE has sent you an email confirming the shipment, if a price is obviously wrong and if it is reasonably required that you should have discovered the incorrect price, then ARCHITECTMADE is not required to deliver the product concerned to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
The prices for the products are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, but excluding shipping and handling costs.
The separate shipping, handling and related taxes and other taxes and fees will be shown on a summary screen before you complete your order and in the e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Shipping costs depend on the delivery point and delivery method you choose in the checkout process.
The prices for the products and for shipping and handling may change at any time, but such changes will normally not affect the orders we have already sent you an email confirming the shipping (except if a price is obvious wrong as described above).
5. Payment
Payment must be made with one of the credit cards we support. In the checkout process, you choose which credit card you wish to pay.
When paying by credit card, an amount is called at the time of check, which is called “authorisation”. If ARCHITECTMADE does not receive the authorisation, ARCHITECTMADE reserves the right to cancel your order. The value of your purchase will be settled from that card as soon as ARCHITECTMADE has sent you the email confirming the shipment.
6. Delivery
For stock items, you should usually expect 2-4 business days for delivery, provided your payment is received no later than. 15.00 on the day the order is given. Delivery will in any case take place within 30 days of sending the e-mail confirming the shipment.
If ARCHITECTMADE can not deliver your order within the period specified in the email confirming the shipment, they will contact you. In that case, you can choose to cancel your order, after which ARCHITECTMADE will refund the amount in full.
ARCHITECTMADE reserves the right to use another shipping agent to deliver your order. Prior to each delivery you will receive your invoice per. email.
If you reasonably decline delivery or delay delivery of delivery after ARCHITECTMADE has informed you that they have attempted to deliver the goods ordered to you or if you have provided them with an incorrect shipping address that results in failed delivery, the package will be returned to ARCHITECTMADE, which will thus be exempt from its obligation to deliver the goods within the delivery deadline.
All standard deliveries are sent by UPS Worldwide Shipping and must be acknowledged for delivery at the time of delivery.
If there is no one at the address to acknowledge delivery of the package, UPS leaves a contact card in your mailbox and asks you to contact the nearest postshop for delivery at your convenience.
ARCHITECTMADE can not be held liable for any late or missing delivery, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ARCHITECTMADE A/S, including but not limited to war or terrorist acts, strikes, national or local emergencies, failing transport facilities, or supply failure, earthquake or other natural disasters, or if it is due to your delay or delay in delivery.
7. Products in stock
ARCHITECTMADE makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the products you order from architectmade.com can be delivered.
If the product you wish to order is out of stock, you will be technically prevented from completing the ordering process. In addition, in exceptional cases and under unpredictable circumstances, a product on the website may be in stock from the warehouse after you have placed your order. In this case, the contract between you and ARCHITECTMADE will not be concluded, which you will be informed of and the product will not be included in the confirmation email confirming. If you have made payment prior to the notice that the product has been discontinued (e.g. by credit card), ARCHITECTMADE will refund any amount paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after ARCHITECTMADE has informed you that the product has been discontinued.
8. Suitability and product information
When you place an order, please ensure that the products you purchase are suitable for the purpose you intend to use. You are welcome to use architectmade.com as your starting point when checking the suitability of the products. If there is a difference between the content of architectmade.com and the content of other websites (or other sources of information), it will be the suitability described at architectmade.com at the time of purchase that will take precedence. Please note that due to limitations on display on screen, the exact color, size, and design of the items displayed on your screen may differ from the actual appearance of the items.
If the products you received do not match the ones you ordered or if your delivery is not complete or damaged during shipping, please contact ARCHITECTMADE immediately per e-mail or telephone.
9. Ownership of products
The risk and ownership of the products passes from ARCHITECTMADE to you at the time of delivery.
10. Right of withdrawal – Return, refund and exchange
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 (fourteen) days to cancel your agreement with ARCHITECTMADE regarding the item(s) you purchased from architectmade.com without the need to provide a reason for this. In order to take advantage of your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw the transaction. This should be done by sending an email to service@architectmade.com. The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the date on which you – or a third party other than the shipper and as indicated by you – physically hold the goods. If the agreement concerns multiple items that you have ordered together but are delivered separately, the cancellation right expires 14 days after the date on which you – or a third party other than the shipper and as indicated by you – physically own the last product. If the agreement concerns the delivery of an item consisting of multiple consignments or parcels, the cancellation right expires 14 days after the date on which you – or a third party other than the shipper and as indicated by you – physically hold the last shipment or package. In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your notice of your withdrawal before the cancellation right expires.
LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you regret this agreement, we will refund all of the payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs, due to your chosen delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date of notification of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make this refund using the same payment method you used for the first transaction, unless you explicitly accepted otherwise. In any case, no fees will be incurred in connection with the refund. We are entitled to withhold the refund amount until the time we have either received the goods returned or have received documentation from you that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods in the same condition as you received them and in original packaging to our address:

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw this agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days. You must pay the return costs yourself and you are responsible for the return.
RETURN AND REFUND – COMPLAINTS POLICY
We quality assure all products before being shipped to you to ensure that they comply with our strict quality requirements. If one of our products does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible at service@architectmade.com, with a card description of what the error is, as well as an image that documents the error. We will process all inquiries as soon as possible but expect 1-3 days before receiving any response from us.
Please don’t send the product to us before you have received a response from us.

Always remember to send your contact information in the shipment. Once we have received the defective product, we will analyze the error and either repair the product or send you a replacement. ARCHITECTMADE will refund reasonable costs you incur when shipping.
11. Responsibility
These Terms of Sale describes the full extent of ARCHITECTMADE’s obligations in connection with the sale of the products. In particular, ARCHITECTMADE does not bear any responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for your purposes.
ARCHITECTMADE is not responsible for indirect loss that is a consequence of your primary loss or primary damage and which can not reasonably be foreseen by you or by ARCHITECTMADE, including but not limited to loss of expected savings, loss of income, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation, or for any loss or damage of any kind or for any claim from your and / or third parties, unless expressly described herein and unless for damages as a result of ARCHITECTMADE’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from the intention or negligence of ARCHITECTMADE or its employees, [or] damages as a result of ARCHITECTMADE’s or its employees intention or gross negligence.
None of these terms of sale conditions have impact on your legal rights as private consumer.
12. Independence of the provisions
If a provision in these Terms of Sale is deemed to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be excluded from the Sales Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. In that case, the illegal, invalid or non-enforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision reflecting as far as possible the economic intent and purpose of the original provision.
